13 October, Kathmandu. The Cabinet meeting has started. In the ongoing meeting at Sinha Durbar, there are plans to discuss the rehabilitation of flood victims, recommendation for staff promotion, Federal Civil Service Bill and other issues.
According to the sources, the government is preparing to promote the joint secretaries on the administrative side and the technical side as secretaries.
The promotion committee committee has already recommended joint secretaries for administration Abha Shrestha Karna, Chakra Bahadur Budha and Jayanarayan Acharya for promotion.
Similarly, on the technical side, Dr. Jagdishwar Karmacharya, Navinraj Singh and Meena Shrestha have also been recommended for promotion as secretary.
The government has prepared to promote one senior joint secretary to secretary from the administration and technical side.
